There are exciting times ahead for Kilrush/Askamore GAA & Kilrush Camogie Club as plans continue to move forward for the development of our grounds at Borris.

Our club has grown hugely in recent years, with over 350 players and 27 teams across GAA, Camogie and Rounders. To keep building for the future, we want to develop facilities that will benefit our players, members and the wider community for years to come.

A huge amount of work has already been completed, including:

• Purchase of the club grounds
• Development of the walking track
• Completion of our first playing pitch

The next big step is Phase 4 - the development of a new clubhouse.

Plans for the new facility include:

• Modern changing rooms
• A community gym
• Meeting and activity rooms
• Social space for community use
• Improved accessibility and parking
• Facilities for players, families and volunteers of all ages

This development will be a major boost not just for our club, but for the wider community around Kilrush and Askamore.

Exciting times ahead! 🟡⚫️ 🔴🔵
